JOY, MAGIC, PEACE, FINDING

A road movie-type video series made for the tourism market of Northern Savo. It was filmed in several destinations around the province in all four seasons. The four parts are themed as “Joy”, “Magic”, “Peace” and “Finding”.

I edited the whole video series and a compilation video. I was also a photographer and a B-roll videographer in this project.

The most challenging thing as an editor was the amount of footage. There was so much content that was filmed with many different cameras (RED, Canon C3000 mk3, Sony, iPhone, DJI Drone etc.) and my job was to choose the absolute best shots and make a cohesive and visually appealing videos from them. It was a lot of work but I’m really proud how the project turned out and even though there was many different cameras used I think that everything came visually together in the end.
